On September 20-23, 2017, an exhibition AgroExpo-2017 took place in Kirovograd. The popularity of this event grows from year to year, and because of this, today the area allocated for the exhibition is 100 thousand. square meters. This includes areas for the placement of equipment and a test site. Here, manufacturers can demonstrate the work of their aggregates, and visitors will immediately evaluate it and draw conclusions.
In addition to purely pragmatic moments, the program included an entertaining part. It was a «Strongman Show» and «Pokrovsky Fair». The strongmen this time pleased the audience with a new record of Ukraine - four of them moved a total weight of 27200 kg at a distance of three meters and seven centimeters. The NEW HOLLAND tractor and the ELVORTI ALCOR 10.0 sowing machine were used as a «load».
A variety of goods and souvenirs were presented at the traditional Pokrovsky Fair. Garden trees, bushes, seeds of vegetables. Separately presented decorative plants, including those used for landscaping areas. Visitors could choose not only a souvenir for their memory, but also dishes or some of the antique things.
The program included an exhibition of agricultural machinery for sowing and soil cultivation, light and other machinery for farmers.
«Comprehensive AgroService» company presented at the exhibition a self-propelled sprayer for liquid fertilizers and a spreader for granular forms. Both are mounted on the basis of the «Vodoley» sprayer. It is characterized by extremely high patency due to ultralow tire pressure. «Vodoley» makes a pressure of not more than 160gr/cm2 on the soil. This allows it to be used not only for the main application of fertilizers, but also for non-root nutrition of plants - going directly to the field with the winter wheat and not damaging them.
Why initially «Vodoley» is designed for the application of liquid fertilizer forms? This form haves several strong points at once.
First, it's their versatility. They can be used for the main application or plant nutrition after the emergence of sprouts.
The second is the ability to mix several active substances in one tank. In one tank with UAN or other fertilizer you can add herbicides, pesticides or other PPP. After that, passing through the field once, the technics produces several types of processing at once, which saves you time, means and reduces the load on the soil.
Third, it's easy to control and ensure the accuracy of the entry. The rate of outflow of the working fluid changes according to the speed of the sprayer - this is the work of the on-board computer of the sprayer. Due to this, even at fluctuations of the speed that are inevitable on bends, slopes, the level of supply of active substance per unit area remains at a constant level.
Of course, solid forms of fertilizers are also used in agriculture. Therefore, at the exhibition, a spreader was presented on the basis of the «Vodoley» chassis. Due to its phenomenal patency, it can spread solid fertilizers on weakly (wet) soils. Low pressure on the soil allows «Vodoley» without difficulty to work where the techncs on ordinary wheels will stuck. And the innovative mechanism from the company «Galileo» with a vibratory system of supplying solid fertilizers from the hopper guarantees the safety of the granules themselves and the exact maintenance of the necessary radius of their spread.
