Self-propelled sprayer «Vodoley» with hydraulic rod drive

Light weight, high passability and performance, low diesel consumption – that's what a self-propelled sprayer can give its owner. «Vodoley» on ultra low pressure tires. This modification is equipped with a hydraulic drive rod, which further simplifies the operation and speeds up the processing of the territory.

The process of transferring the rods from the marching mode to the worker mode is controlled by the driver from the cabin. The two-stage boom unfolding system allows them to automatically fold them into the marching mode, after which, «Vodoley» can move on ordinary roads.

What can the sprayer «Vodoley»?

  • Thanks to ultra-low pressure tires, «Vodoley» can begin work on the ground in the spring three weeks earlier than it is possible with conventional wheels.
  • Low weight at low ground pressure (100-160 g/cm²) allows the sprayer to pass through a heavily soaked soil. When other types of sprayers and tractors are simply bogged down in sodden chernozem, «Vodoley» will perform all the work in the required volume.
  • Ultra-low pressure tires allows this sprayer to be used for foliar top dressing of winter crops. «Vodoley» passes through the field with winter crops without leaving a rut and without damaging the winter crops
  • Productivity of at least 30 g/h, fuel consumption of 0.2 (0.3) l/ha, depends on engine power.

Hydraulic system of the rods opening accelerates preparation of the sprayer

This modification is equipped with a hydraulic rod drive with a total boom range 20 meters. The process of the transforming from the marching mode to the worker mode is controlled by the driver from the cabin. The two-stage boom unfolding system allows them to automatically fold them into the marching mode, after which, «Vodoley» can move on ordinary roads. This moment is especially useful when it is necessary to process a lot of small (3-8ha) plots in a short time, for which it will be necessary many times to move the self-propelled sprayer from the marching mode to the working one.

The pendulum stabilization mechanism and the oscillation damping system increase the stability of the rods during operation. Parallelogram suspension allows you to change the height of the rod above the ground from 0,5 m to 1,8 m.

The end sections of the rods are protected from collision by a rotary mechanism, which allows the section to bend by 45° in the horizontal plane and again returns it to its normal position.

Two engine variants

Depending on the customer's preferences, a Japanese Kubota 1.5 engine (118.6 Nm) or 2.4 (165.8 Nm) can be installed. The second option allows to increase the application rate to 500 liters/ha and an operating speed of up to 40 km/h.

The fertilization process is controlled by a spraying computer with a GPS module

To maintain a constant level of application of the active substance, a computer with a GPS module is installed on the sprayer. Its task is to synchronize the power of the pump with the speed of the sprayer moving across the field.

GPS module allows you to determine the coordinates of the technics

In addition, the computer takes into account the coordinates where the work was performed and passes them to the database. Due to which its location can be seen both in real time, and in the form of reports, stored in database and available for viewing through the Internet.

Depending on the peripheral devices installed, the computer can also take into account the speed of travel, the distance traveled, the amount of spilled liquid, and the rate of outflow. Fuel consumption is also taken into account.
