Modification based on the «Vodoley 2» chassis for working with the solid form of fertilizers with the innovative Vibro System from EuroSpand Galileo
Supplied with a set from EuroSpand Galileo (Італія) - the latest developments from Euro Spand in the field of increasing the efficiency of applying solid fertilizers:
Vibro System is an innovative vibro-fertilizer system without agitator, consisting of two discs vibrating when the when the propshaft rotates.
Thanks to the Vibro System, products such as powdered lime, sulphates or granular fertilizers can be added that are not compatible with traditional systems; in addition, it is advisable to use a vibro-system for sowing various seeds and wet rice - the absence of friction caused by the rotation of the mixer, allows to avoid damage to the seeds and, consequently, their germination does not decrease.
Please note - this model («Vodoley 2» with Kubota 2.4 engine) is a modular system on which both the Vibro System for applying solid fertilizers and a set of equipment for feeding liquid fertilizers can be installed. Buying one unit of equipment you get the opportunity to work with two forms of fertilizer!
Has more torque - 165.8Nm (engine 1.5 - 118.6Nm) at lower speeds and better elasticity.
This allows you to maintain a high set speed, regardless of the load of the machine and the terrain without reducing work productivity.
The Kubota engine is located at the front of the Aquarius 2 sprayer
This helps to balance the load on the axle - unloads the middle axle to increase the performance of the sprayer, especially on viscous and wet soils, as well as hilly terrain.
A closed system circulates the working solution. The boom sections are constantly filled with working solution, which guarantees simultaneous and high-quality spraying across the entire working width with a precisely set rate.
Triple revolver-type nozzle holders with injector nozzles of sizes -02, -03, -04 allow you to work efficiently even at wind speeds up to 8-10 m/s.
Designed by our specialists, it creates a safe working environment for the machine operator.
An electronic volume sensor sends information to the monitor about the remaining working fluid in the main tank and signals the need for refueling.
